Joining MMIRA provides you with access to an international community of scientists, researchers, evaluators, and methodologists from many fields who value mixed methods research. As a member you will also have access to a rich variety of resources to inform and enhance the use of mixed methods approaches in your practice.

We accept membership payment in $USD via debit or credit card or international money order. Upon receipt of your payment (via Personify online or money orders mailed to us), your membership status will be changed from pending to active and you will have full access to MMIRA.

2. Student Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments For students at any level. Student Members have all the privileges and responsibilities of other members. Students from Economies in Transition should choose this option. Students from developing nations should choose the reduced rate ‘Student Developing Nations Membership’.

3. Student Developing Nations Membership - $8.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments For students at any level. Student Members have all the privileges and responsibilities of other members. Limited to students residing in Developing Nations. See country listings above for eligibility requirements.

4. Developing Nations Membership - $8.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Reduced membership fee to members of developing nations. See listing for eligibility requirements. Eligible for full member benefits.

5. Economies in Transition Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Reduced membership fee for members from economies in transition. See country listings for eligibility requirements. Eligible for full member benefits.

7. Affiliate Members - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments An affiliate is an organization that existed before its relationship to MMIRA, but wants to align with MMIRA to further its mission as well as advance its own goals. Official MMIRA affiliates are eligible for reduced membership fees with MMIRA because they are paying membership dues with a second organization. We have many affiliates, but at present, only the Japan Society for Mixed Methods Research (JSMMR) is an affiliate with reduced membership to MMIRA because they collect membership fees for their own organization. 8. Institutional/Sponsor Membership - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Annual membership open to small and large profit and not-for-profit companies, software developers, publishers, and presses that endorse the mission of MMIRA. MMIRA offers a platform to advertise the sponsors workshops and activities, as well as to display a logo. Membership fees collected from this group will contribute to enhancing access and global representation at MMIRA conferences.
